- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Sage was a disappointment. The food was uninspiring and lacked any subtlety of flavour or evidence of the chef's understanding of flavour combinations. For the price, the degustation menu is borderline terrible, the entree was good, the rest were an abomination of either too strong or lacking in flavour totally. The wait staff spent more time concerned with their reflection than with knowing the menu or what they were serving. We definitely won't be making a return visit.By Hardy Lohse, April 29, 2017
