  The best thing about this restaurant is the service. The staff are so welcoming and attentive; this despite having to serve a full house. The food was nice, but not amazing as you might expect from the price. Still, I had a great experience. Worth a try.

  The food and wines by the glass were both below average. Service was attentive and nice though. Canberra is on the way up but this place going the other way. I went here after they opened and it was fantastic. Now it's tired. They need a new chef and someone to put some life into their wine program. Seems as though the Civic area is suffering.

  "Talk of the town since 2009" must be a very small town with very little to offer. Which in a way describes 'Italian and sons' over priced and very underwhelming I had the unfortunate experience of dining here. I found the head server (pasquale) or whatever title the incredibly rude and un warm gentlemen (and I use that term loosely) in your employee was icing on the cake on what has been the worst dining experience in recent memory. Do yourselves a favour and don't even bother.

  Lovely food we enjoyed this tonight despite one of our party being unwell. ..one criticism though. .the venue was far too hot for us.
